About Program

The purpose of the ABE program is to provide basic skills instruction and critical thinking skills in language arts and math to students who score below the high school level.
ABE coursework provides a foundation for success in GED preparation, higher education, and employment.

MTC CAMPUS:
Morning: 8:00 am – 10:00 am
10:15 am – 12:15 pm
Afternoon: 12:45 pm – 3:15 pm
Evening: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
7:05 pm – 8:05 pm
8:10 pm – 9:10 pm

 

$67.25 per term (includes $20 application fee)

PRE-TESTING:
Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE)
(NRS Levels 1-4)

POST-TESTING:
Students must post-test after
50 – 60 hours of instruction.
