Students enrolled in this program will learn to prepare correspondence, arrange conference calls, schedule meetings, handle information requests, conduct research, perform analysis, and prepare reports and presentations. Students will also have the opportunity to earn QuickBooks certification credentials and Microsoft Office Specialist certification credentials in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
