2016-2017 Program / Course / Service Fee Schedule

 

  • Resident Career Certificate Programs: $2.92 per student contact hour.

 

  • Non-Resident Career Certificate Programs: $11.69 per student contact hour.

 

  • Continuing Workforce Education: $5.75 per student contact hour.

 

  • Adult Basic, Adult General Education, and Adult ESOL Courses: $45.00 per one-half year or six month instructional term.

 

  • Participants in recreational and leisure programs: $3.75 per student contact hour.

 

  • Participants in recreational and leisure programs requiring a certified instructor: $4.50 per contact hour.

 

  • After School Enrichment Program and Summer Enrichment Program students: $3.75 per contact hour.

 

  • Post-secondary Career and Technical  program application fee:  $20.00

 

  • Registration fee for first-time Adult General Education Students:           $15.00

 

  • Registration fee for returning adult education students who have been administratively withdrawn for disciplinary or attendance reasons or who do not remain continuously enrolled: $15.00

 

  • Processing Fee for PSAV program student tuition and fee refunds:        $50.00

 

  • Refund Processing Fee for highly specialized Public Service training programs:  $50.00 for 1st day of class drop, $100.00 for 2nd day of class drop.

 

  • Processing Fee for CWE registration cancellation:          $50.00

 

  • Post-secondary Career and Technical Program transcript request fee:  $1.00

 

  • Post-secondary Career and Technical Program late registration fee: $15.00

 

  • Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) Fee for PSAV program applicants and newly enrolled students:  $10.00

 

  • Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) Fee for Non-MTC students:  $14.00 for complete test.  $10.00 for one section.  Two or more sections is complete cost of $14.00.

 

  • Fee for courses taught by or for outside vendors, contractors and/or agencies:  Fee will be calculated on an individual course basis to cover all costs of instruction, including fees for materials, technology, lab, administration,  and any other specific costs to deliver the instruction:     Varies

 

  • CPR and CPR Skills Evaluation course fees (for MCPS employees and students):  $25.00

 

  • Para-Professional testing fee:      $75.00

 

  • TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) for specific Health Science Programs:  $60.00

 

  • Service charge for tuition and fees payment in installments:      $25.00
